Itinerary
1
Day 1: Overnight train to Lao Cai Station
SP Travel’s coach and your English speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the railway station to catch the overnight train to Lao Cai Station. Enjoy the experience and the romance of overnight train travel (SP3 21h50).

Day 2: Lao Cai – Sapa, Fansipan peak conquering (B, L, D)
On arrival at Lao Cai you will be transferred to Sapa by private AC coach. Enjoy the spectacular views as you travel to the town. After your breakfast prepare to begin your guided trek at 9:30am., when the bus will take you to Cat Cat tourist base. You are now 1,200 metres above sea level. Your trek will follow Sin Chai valley with lunch at the elevation of 1,800m. Continue to trek to the height of 2,100metres where you will have dinner and camp overnight beside a beautiful stream.

Day 3: Fansipan (B, L, D)
6:30am: After breakfast, you will be trekking to the pine-tree forest at the height of 2,800metres. Here you will eat lunch and rest. In the afternoon you proceed to trek through the pinetree forest arriving at a dry mountain creek at the height of 2,700m. Enjoy your evening meal and camp overnight in the Do Quyen Flower forest.

Day 4: Fansipan Peak (B, L, D)
Today you conquer Fansipan peak. After breakfast, you will trek to Fansipan peak arriving at about 10am. Celebrate your victory and take photographs of the amazing scenery that surrounds you. Rest and at 10:30am.you will leave Fansipan peak to follow the path to Ton station where you will have lunch at the height of 2,800 metres.
At 1:30pm, you will descend to the height of 2,100metres for your dinner and overnight camp around a fire. Recall the beautiful images you have seen and reflect on your achievement – “Conquering the Roof of Indochina”.

Day 5: Fansipan – Sapa – Lao Cai (B, L, D)
8:00am. Arise and enjoy your breakfast and complete your trek through the bamboo forest. Arrive at Ton station for your bus transfer at 11:30am.to Sapa. Here you will have lunch, shower and rest and enjoy a foot massage at the hotel. At 6:00pm. the bus will take you to Lao Cai station for your overnight return journey to Hanoi.(SP4 21h00).

Day 6: Hanoi arrival
Arrive at Hanoi Station at around 5:30am. You will be met by a guide and transferred to your hotel. Your tour ends.
