1.1. Establishment
South Pacific Travel is an International Tour Operator licensed since 2002. This business was established by a group of young people who have expert knowledge in the tourism and hospitality industry. We are proud to bring to thousands of travelers, coming from many countries in the world, a variety of services, including package/ tailor-made tours, hotels and transportation arrangements, visa applications and other travel services.
Whatever you desire for your holiday, adventure, environment, luxury, history, culture or golf , whatever your travel budget, we are committedto listening to the client, so as to provide the best travel experiences to meet your needs and satisfy your desires. We guarantee that with our experienced team, you will gain understanding and insight of each travel destination. We are genuinely interested in every guest’s holiday satisfaction and enjoyment.

Awards:
The Guide Awards is an annual event organised by The Guide magazine ( Vietnam Economic Times), recognising the achievements and contributions of enterprises, organisations, individuals, and localities to the country’s tourism development.
First held in 1999, The Guide Awards is sponsored by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and the Vietnam Economic Association. The Awards have gained in prestige over the years and earned recognition and appreciation from tourism enterprises and State management agencites.
We pround that we – South Pacifcic travel & Halong Phoenix cruiser has won the “Travel Guide Awards” for 6 consecutive years for outstanding contributions to Vietnam’s tourism.
Tripadvisor is also a worldwide forum for travellers all over the world. This is a forum that everybody can share experiences about the destination they travel to or services that they used. Each year, we receive the certificate of ecellent services by the votes from clients.

2.1. Set tours – Daily departure:
Currently, we manage 2 overnight boats in Halong Bay:
– Halong Phoenix cruiser 14 cabins:
Launched Halong Phoenix Cruiser 03 (November 2011) with 14 cabins is designed with sophistication and meticulous attention to detail has been made for your enjoyment. Our 40 meter wooden junk cabins withfull service of restaurant, sun deck with comfortable lounge chairs and an attentive staff to cater to your every need. Along with the great facilities we have special activities: exploring the caves and beaches, kayaking, cooking class, ect… The cruiser is the perfect choice for a family, couples or small groups.
– Halong Phoenix cruiser 10 cabins :
Lauched in the beginning May of 2013, Halong Phoenix Cruiser 10 cabins is offering a pioneering new generation of vessel with both-up comprising quality and luxurious standard.
The vessel brings travelers 3 stars cruise services to experience Halong Bay with affordable price, in a very comfortable luxurious style. The entire boat is fitted international standards while maintaining tradditional Vietnamese Junk style, creating the perfect balance of modern comforts and nostalgic ambiance. It is a large vessel, spacious and very stable; you will find yourself particularly cozy on it.
Beside the overnight cruises, we are the owner of 1 day boat with capitacity of 36 people for clients who do not have much time to discover Halong.
We also arrange different daily tours such as Hanoi street food Tour, Hanoi Image 1 day trip, Hoa Lu – Trang An 1 day trip, Sapa – Cat Cat – Fansipang 2 days 1night and 3 days 2nights, Mai Chau 2 days 1night, Moc Chau 2 days 1night, Ho Chi Minh city tour, Ho Chi Minh city and Cu Chi tunnel , My Tho 1 day trip, Vinh Long – Cai Be 2 days 1night.
2.2. Vietnam Package Tours for inbound customers:
We organized the short packages or long packages for clients come from different countries: Clients from Asia Countries: Malaysia, Singapore. Clients from EU: Poland, Holand, France, Spain, Germany, England…, Clients from Australia: Australia, Newzealand,.clients from USA.
2.3. Domestic and outbound package tours for Vietnamese:
We designed and organized tour packages adapt differents demands from different Vietnamese groups.
Specially, we have 1 sub- department in Domestic and outbound department called Visa services. The funtions of this department is suporting and consulting clients who want to travel aboard to get the visa successfully.

2.4. Insentive, Team Building products:
Nowadays, many companies have good take care of their staff. They will organize different activites to motivate them. Each year, base on their demand the budget,our team works very hard to consult them how to create a good team activies and good time for them to relax. Since then, team building activites make them to be strong team in working.
2.5. MICE:
We are not only got experience in organizing MICE for domestic companies but also for oversea companies.

We are also the owner of 4 seats, 7 seats, 16 seats, 29 seats, 45 seats car for transportation service. Beside, we also supply other services such as accommodation, air ticket, tour guide.
Part 3: Company’s activites:
3.1. Annual year, we organize the donation trip to mountainous areas to give them some gifts for their better life.
3.2. Meeting amongst different offices:
3.3. Create the discovery trip for staff: We organized the trip to review the destination and check the services of the local for the best recommendation for client’s trip.
3.4. Creating the special activites on tour for clients to protect environment with us such as: collecting the rubishes on Halong Bay.
